Welcome to Little Keeps. By accessing or purchasing from our shop, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

Photo Uploads & Copyright
By uploading images to our site, you confirm that:

  • You own the rights to the photos or have permission from the rightful owner to use them.
  • Little Keeps is not responsible for any copyright or licensing issues related to submitted images.

  • You grant Little Keeps permission to use your uploaded image solely for the purpose of producing your custom order.

We do not use customer photos for marketing or promotional purposes without prior consent.

Custom Orders & Returns
Custom-made items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or incorrect

  • There is a printing issue caused during our production process

Non-Custom Items
For non-custom items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you have an issue with your order, please email us at littlekeepsco@gmail.com within 7 days (for custom orders) or 14 days (for non-custom items). Include your order number and a photo if applicable. We’re here to help and will work to resolve things promptly and fairly.

Processing Time
Our standard processing time is 2-3 business days from the time your photos are submitted. Shipping time is additional and will vary based on the shipping method and destination.

Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Little Keeps is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by the carrier or errors in the provided address.

Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information and uploaded photos are used solely for the purpose of processing and fulfilling your order. We do not share or sell your data to third parties.
