Processing Time
For custom items only, please allow 2–3 business days for production before your order ships. Ready-to-ship items typically ship within 1 business day. You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your package is on the way.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use standard USPS shipping for all orders. Typical delivery times are:
- USPS First Class: 3-5 business day
- USPS Priority: 1-3 business days
Please note delivery times may vary during holidays or due to unforeseen delays.

Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking details so you can follow your package.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
Returns & Exchanges
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom products unless they arrive damaged or defective. Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of receipt in original condition. Please contact us with any concerns.

How do I care for my magnets?
Our magnets are made to be displayed and treasured. While they're sturdy enough for everyday enjoyment, we recommend keeping them dry and away from moisture or direct heat. To clean, gently wipe with a dry, soft cloth. Not intended for outdoor use.
